BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9983 appeared in several leaks and rumors in the last weeks. The last information that surfaced on the web about the handset revealed that it has received its FCC certification. This was a clue that the new addition to the Porsche series is coming soon. Now we can share the news that the BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9983 is announced. The new handset has loads of advantages and specs that will impress the fans of extraordinary devices. The new smartphone stands-out with an appealing design that is characteristic for the premium line phones. The camera lens are made of sapphire glass, the logo is designed from stainless steel as well as the frame.

It runs on BlackBerry 10.3 OS which makes it the first device running on the new update. The glass equipped on the front panel of the model is with 3.1-inch diagonal, Super AMOLED with 720 x 720p resolution. Rumors suggested that BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9983 is provided with a dual-core CPU with 1.2GHz. The gossips turned out to be true. It works with Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus MSM8960 chip and 2GB RAM.

The smartphone is assured with impressive amount of build-in memory – 64GB out-of-the-box. In case users need more memory they can take advantage of the microSD slot and expand it up to 128GB. The cameras armored in the device are a rare snapper with 8MP and LED flash paired to 2MP front-facing snapper. The BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9983 is well endowed with connectivity features, including LTE, Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth, GPS and NFC. The battery in the model is with a capacity of 2100mAh. The new phone runs on BlackBerry 10.3 OS with BlackBerry Assistant and BlackBerry QWERTY keyboard. Among the extra features of the Porsche Design P’9983 boasts BlackBerry Natural Sound technology. The new phone will be launched within weeks. The price is still unknown.
