The new addition to the Nexus line is expected to arrive in November. Google keeps the specs of the device in mystery but the rumor mill has already delivered gossips and leaks about the unannounced model. Nexus 6 is manufactured by Motorola. The few leaks with information that surfaced on the web this summer the device appeared under the code names Motorola Shamu and Nexus X.
What we know about the upcoming flagship is that it sports a 5.92-inch QHD screen. The pixel density of the model is 498ppi. It is powered by Snapdragon 805 chipset coupled with 3GB RAM. The internal memory in the phone is 32GB. It works with a 3200mAh cell. The primary snapper equipped in Nexus 6 is with 13MP. It has the capabilities to record 4K video. There is a 2MP camera on the front panel.
Thanks to the guys of 9to5Google we can share some new photos of the Motorola Shamu. It sports similar design to the new Motorola’s flagship Moto X (2014). The photos give a glimpse on the dual-flash on the rare panel. The place of the power/lock button and the volume rocker is changed and moved down because of the larger display of Motorola Shamu compared to the Moto X (2014). The platform that will be pre-installed on the flagship is the Android L update which is expected to be launched soon. The phone is running on pure Android, which means that Motorola will not include its authentic apps and features.
All the available information about Nexus 6 is unofficial, therefore remain open for surprises. If rumors turn out to be true it is interesting to see whether users will like or dislike the 6-inched Nexus 6. How do you like the new design of the upcoming Nexus? There are gossips that this might be the last member of the line which will be replaced by Android Silver. We will wait and see.
