Rumor has it that at their media event on the 25th Huawei will introduce yet another new Windows Phone 8 device, apart from the already expected Ascend W1, thought to be on the same level as the Nokia Lumia 920 or HTC 8X.
It is possible though that the range of the devices is different than originally thought. Ascend W1 may be meant to compete with Nokia’s Lumia 820 and HTC 8S., while Huawei’s flagship device may be the Ascend W2 which will pack hardware to match the Lumia 920 and HTC 8X. More information we shall have only after the event, so stay tuned!
Both devices are expected to be on the market in the November-December time frame in the US, Europe and China.
